Founded in 1979, Taaffe & Associates is a professional CPA firm based in Houston, TX. The Firm is led by Peter and his son Brett Taaffe, also a shareholder and CPA. With a current team of 10, our combined experience numbers many years of serving clients with their tax and accounting needs.

Tax Preparation for Individuals and Families
We assist with individuals’ tax planning needs and their 1040 preparation as well as individual Gift Tax Returns (709’s).
Trust & Estate Income Tax Return Preparation
We offer tax planning and preparation for trust returns (1041s) and estate tax returns (706s), working with trustees, beneficiaries, and estate attorneys.
Tax Preparation for LLCs & Other Related Tax Compliance Services
We prepare Private Foundation returns (990PFs), family limited partnerships (LLCs and LPs), Sub S returns, and corporate returns (1120S and 1120).
